98449ce2e2 Allow redirecting python output to any window (D617-014) 
Major cleanup in the handling of consoles (only one class handles that,
 instead of 2). This gives more flexibility to Python scripts

348a1f1bdf Use the new Exception_Handle to display traces related to exceptions, so 
that these messages can always be displayed while running the testsuites,
 while hiding all the other messages if needed. Helps discover new regressions
 in the LI structures
