7e7831a467 adareducer: do not interpret backslashes in args 
When using a directory such as "C:\User", we didn't properly
escape this and Python tried to decode the \U into an unicode
characters.
Use raw strings to avoid this problem.

Augment the adareducer test to check this.

78b91f191d V317-010 Integration of adareducer 
Add a mode to gnatstudio_cli to support adareducer.
Add a dependency from gnatstudio_cli to libadalang,
so that the Python interpreter finds the libadalang dll.

Add a test.

Add menus to help users with the adareducer workflow.

Add the documentation.
