Boris Yakobowski 80171d5168 Tighten some dependencies to gnatcoll_minimal

For eng/shared/anod#589

Some bindings depend on GNATcoll.Traces, which is not in minimal.
We do not modify them. Same for the testsuite.

The GNAT Components Collection (GNATCOLL) - OMP

This is the OpenMP component of the GNAT Components Collection.

It provides parallel implementations of Ada APIs (e.g. sorting) using the OpenMP library.
