80171d5168 Tighten some dependencies to gnatcoll_minimal 
For eng/shared/anod#589

Some bindings depend on GNATcoll.Traces, which is not in minimal.
We do not modify them. Same for the testsuite.

ee2d9c6fb6 Switch dependencies to gnatcoll_core 
None of the libraries present here depend on libgpr, so we
can tighten the dependencies from gnatcoll to gnatcoll_core.
