Mathias Preiner	bbcd471ed4	Introduce internal namespace and remove api namespace. (#8443) ... The public cvc5 API now lives in the cvc5 namespace. All internal parts were moved into the (new) internal namespace. mudathirmahgoub	98e884a740	Update java examples using the new Java API (#7225) ... This PRs updates java examples using the new Java API, by converting C++ examples to Java. Examples CVC4Streams.java and PipedInput.java are removed since they are not longer supported by the API.
