Victor Stinner beb4135b8c PyUnicode_AsWideCharString() takes a PyObject*, not a PyUnicodeObject*
All unicode functions uses PyObject* except PyUnicode_AsWideChar(). Fix the
prototype for the new function PyUnicode_AsWideCharString().
