Guido van Rossum ac7be6888b Rich comparisons fall-out: 
- Use PyObject_RichCompare*() where possible: when comparing
  keyword arguments, in _PyEval_SliceIndex(), and of course in
  cmp_outcome().

Unrelated stuff:

- Removed all trailing whitespace.
