Fred Drake 091ec2cfdd Add support for FreeBSD --rpath linker option; this is equivalent to 
-R on Solaris and -rpath on IRIX.

This closes SourceForge bug #110613 (Jitterbug PR#202), reported by
<aa8vb@yahoo.com>.
