c56432804a - Issue #10309: Define _GNU_SOURCE so that mremap() gets the proper 
signature.  Without this, architectures where sizeof void* != sizeof int are
  broken.  Patch given by Hallvard B Furuseth.

06a7e2069a On Windows, ctypes does no longer check the stack before and after 
calling a foreign function.  This allows to use the unmodified libffi
library.

Remove most files from _ctypes/libffi_msvc, only two include files
stay (updated from _ctypes/libffi/...).  Other files are used in the
cross-platform _ctypes/libffi directory.

422c7423b8 FreeBSD is not a sysv platform, so use freebsd.S instead of sysv.S (as is 
also the case in FreeBSD's port of libffi).

  checking code in ffi_call_win32 is not yet implemented.
