f93ed3fa67 Issue #16602: When a weakref's target was part of a long deallocation chain, the object could remain reachable through its weakref even though its refcount had dropped to zero. 
Thanks to Eugene Toder for diagnosing and reporting the issue.

cce2f217d4 Issue 4910, patch 2 of (probably) 3: pave the way for renaming of 
nb_long:  remove last remaining use of nb_long
(in the struct module) from the core, set nb_long slots on all builtin
and extension types to 0, and remove uses of __long__ in test_complex
and test_binop.

4cc0f24857 Rename PyUnicode_AsString -> _PyUnicode_AsString and 
PyUnicode_AsStringAndSize -> _PyUnicode_AsStringAndSize to mark
them for interpreter internal use only.

We'll have to rework these APIs or create new ones for the
purpose of accessing the UTF-8 representation of Unicode objects
for 3.1.

  Issue 3110: Crash with weakref subclass,
  seen after a "import multiprocessing.reduction"

  An instance of a weakref subclass can have attributes.
  If such a weakref holds the only strong reference to the object,
  deleting the weakref will delete the object. In this case,
  the callback must not be called, because the ref object is being deleted!
