Pascal Obry 3554aa2054 Add support for handshake timeout. ...

The new parameter SSL_Handshake_Timeout is added to the Initialize on
an SSL object. Also a new config parameter named SSL_Handshake_Timeout
is supported.

This changes is done for the OpenSSL & GNUTLS.
