Pascal Obry 78110a2cdd Add support for SMTP STARTTLS protocol switching. 
In this mode the connection starts as non secure and
if the server has support for STARTTLS a protocol switching
is done to use a secure TLS connection.

Add corresponding demo.
Update documentation.
