Fix way file existence is checked.
...
File existence is now checked for both embedded and on-disk file
independently. So Resources.Exist will return Both if for example
the uncompress version is found on disk and the compress version
found as embedded resources.
Fix expected output for 0073_eres test.

Now that gnatpython is published, remove the local copy.
