Remove MANIFEST file.
...
This file is not used anymore. It was used to create different
packages, this is not the case since a long time.
Remove the distrib target in the makefile which was not working
anyway. This is easily done with git now.
$ git archive master > aws-$(git describe).tar
For L509-023.
