Improve installer reliability:

* code cleanup and readability improvement
* add -f to gprbuild to force the compilation when changing run-time
* show the log when finishing the installer, so that the user can
manually verify if something went wrong

Simplify most CmpStr calls to directly go to labels instead of relative
goto.
Copy README and COPYING files in share/doc/aunit.
Add descriptions for the different targets (in the Components selection page).
Modify uninstallation process to remove all created directories, unless they
are not empty after removing AUnit files.
