929a38bc02 Pack and Unpack script changes 
Add force switch to unpack script to ignore and overwrite local changes

Fix mypy errors, and check-pylint target

Moved sources to fix issue where mypy couldn't find ada_eval

Add test to check that running pack then unpack gives the same output as
expected

Add flake8-bugbear dev dependency. Flake8 line length check will now
match black formatting
