compilers/... directory first, before compilers/common_files, so we'll
get the
right files in case of naming conflicts.
(Idlac_Errors): Rename Errors in the idlac directory to be Idlac_Errors,
to
avoid naming conflict with the one in common_files (which is confusing
even
with the Makefile.in fix).
Fixes G216-034.
