211c7e5084 After running reconfig on the linked source tree, verify that 
every MANIFEST file is present, abort if not (because a missing
file would prevent the packaging of sources).

e4d566284e Completed work on --with-services flag 
- naming and ir services are not built by default,
         only stubs and skeletons are generated
       - some corrections in the Makefile to allow a smoother build

Naming and IR are now built by autobuild process.
