bc9a70972f Add --build-dir option to testsuite.py. This is needed in order to run 
the
script in a PolyORB that has been built with separate source and build
areas.
Pass the information along to test_utils.py via the POLYORB_BUILD_DIR
environment variable.

Add test subdirectories produced by convert_scenario.py.
