c0edc154e9 [workaround] filter 'gnatmake -P is obsolete' in test outputs 
This is only a workaround at testsuite level for 7.3.1 release.
'gnatmake -P' issue should be fixed later on.

da521fceff Followup on KC21-017: PolyORB conf files for the secure echo tests 
are in BASE_DIR (not SRC_DIR) as they are generated by configure.

4922046f4e Rewrite SECURE_ECHO tests completely, to take advantage of the Python 
testsuite framework, and avoid calling killall in the test scripts
(which
could kill processes from other, unrelated tests running
simultaneously).

33eb7b20d4 (client_server): Save server output to a file, instead of sending it to 
a pipe,
since the test harness won't read server output beyond the IOR.
Fixes PARALLEL_ECHO_0 failure.

Also minor fixes to file names.
