8c9bd632ba Remove confusing optimization default. gnatdist does not generate a -O 
command line flag anymore for gnatmake, it just passes on the one given
by
the user, if any.

Fixes G705-009
Historical note: this really is the proper fix for 7414-001

c555b14687 Refresh automake-generated files to account for change in 
support/ada.m4:
(AM_SUPPORT_RPC_ABORTION): GNAT 6 with ZCX does not support ATC.
Fixes FB03-004 (regression on 0008-403 and 0008-408 with GNAT Pro
6.0.0w).

7a2be33d4a Quote macro names in ada/support.m4 to avoid bugs in expansion if macros 
with
the same name are imported from a local definition file. Future versions
of autoconf and automake will issue a warning if macros are unquoted.
Regenerate files.

6a5f153654 Do not try to abort APC. 
For GNAT5 disable RPC abortion by default. When RPC abortion is enabled
try
to use SJLJ exception model.
