9c03d62277 (PolyORB.Setup.Client): rename to... 
(PolyORB.Setup.No_Tasking_Client): New package.
(PolyORB.Setup.Thread_Pool_Client): New package for clients with
tasking.
For IB05-009

This change adds a new pre-canned setup for construction of client-only
partitions with tasking.

f477e0bc46 When using AM_MAINTAINER_MODE, version.texi is not available, so 
generate our own polyorb_version.texi, and use SVN keyword expansion
to get polyorb_ug.texi's date.
