462bf22c23 Add embedded-runtimes as submodule and use it for the RTS. 
This allows to keep synchronized this repository with the embedded-runtimes
one.

cc476d9035 Improve HAL and Components libraries. 
This separates the objects according to the runtime type used and
the build mode, thus preventing some unnecessary recompilations.
